ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS:

·       The Client shall assist and cooperate with Real Space and its contractors in obtaining the required data, including but not limited to accessing the area, allowing sufficient time to perform data capture uninterrupted, and accommodating for other unforeseen circumstances that may arise to the best of their ability.

·       Real Space retains copyright of the models, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the models for which the Client pays. In the situation of transferring data to a new account there will be an ownership transfer fee applied.

·       Models will be active and hosted for one year, annual hosting fee will apply post.
